La Glace au Chocolat Noir

Avez-vous déjà pensé à fabriquer votre propre glace maison ? Au parfum chocolat, miam : on adore !

Ce dont j’ai besoin pour 6 personnes :

10 mn de préparation, 10 mn de cuisson,

  • 100 g de chocolat noir pâtissier en tablette
  • 40 g de cassonade
  • 20 cl de crème fraiche liquide
  • 20 cl de lait
  • 3 jaunes d’œufs
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de vanille liquide
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de Maïzena

Du chocolat, comme s’il en pleuvait !

Dans une casserole, je verse le lait, la crème liquide, le chocolat en morceaux et la vanille liquide. Je laisse chauffer doucement jusqu’à ce que le chocolat soit fondu.

Dans mon saladier MELON®, je bats les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre et la Maïzena, et je verse le mélange précédent dessus.  Je remets le tout à feu doux et je fais épaissir. Je laisse refroidir et je mets le saladier au frigo.

Avant de servir, je mets le saladier 30 mn au congélateur, puis je passe le tout en sorbetière.
