What is your mission within Charles Viancin Group?
I am based out of the London area where part of the business is and my ambition is to develop the brand awareness there and all over the UK.
What is your favorite inspiration?
My favorite inspiration is the POPPY®. In my garden, I have a whole space dedicated to flowers. I love my poppy flowers because they attract plenty of flies, particularly the butterflies. And this sight is just wonderful to me.
What is your favorite recipe?
I adore fish and I often eat sushis. Here is a great and simple recipe to make delicious sushis at home.
What I need for 36 pieces:
20 minutes to prepare
15 minutes to cook
50 minutes to let rest
– 400 g of salmon fillets
– 400 g of bluefin tuna
– 300 g of Japanese rice
– 33 cl of water
– 10 cl of soya sauce
– 10 g of caster sugar
– 4 cl of rice vinegar
– 3 g of wasabi
– 3 g of table salt
I rinse the rice until the water becomes clear, then I drain it and put it in a pot with the water. I soak into the water for 30 mn, then I cover with my POPPY ® lid, boil it for 2 mn and let the rice cook at low heat for 12 mn. I take the rice out of the flame and let rest for 10 mn.
In a bowl, I mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt and then add the mixture to the rice. I mix again smoothly.
I cut fish in fine strips. I wet my hands and I create rice buffers, I add a little wasabi on top of the rice and put a small strip of fish.
I enjoy my sushis with the soya sauce.

What are your dreams?
I like travelling and I have already visited many countries, whether it is for leisure or business. I lived in the United States for a while and I was able to see many of the states. Unfortunately, I’ve never been to South America. I would love to go to Brazil, Peru and Chile.
