What is your mission within Charles Viancin Group?

I provide customer service for stores on the west coast of the United States and for customers ordering through our online store. This includes answering questions in a timely manner and providing store owners and our fantastic group of travelling sales representatives with all of the tools and information they need to succeed. All while building excitement for new and existing Charles Viancin products!

What is your favorite inspiration?

My favorite inspiration is probably GRAPETM. I’m not the best cook in the world but I love entertaining guests at my home and the GRAPETM drinkware accessories are always a key part!

What is your favorite recipe?

My favorite recipe is for my grandma’s famous chocolate chip cookies. They have that secret final touch that makes them the best cookies ever. I can’t give you her secret but here is another good recipe for fast home-made cookies:

What I need for 4 servings:

10 minutes to prepare
10 minutes to cook

– 150 g chocolate chip cookies

– 150 g flour

– 85 g sugar

– 85 g melted butter

– a table spoon of vanilla sugar

– 1 egg

– a table spoon of baking powder

Délicieuse recette de cuisine par le blog Charles Viancin, à préparer avec les accessoires de cuisine en silicone Charles Viancin, inspiré par nature.
Processed With VSCOcam With Hb1 Preset

I pre-heat the oven. I mix the butter, sugar, baking powder and the egg in a bowl and add the vanilla sugar. I add little by little the flour and the chocolate chips. I make little round shapes with the mixture on parchment paper. I cook in the oven for 10 minutes and eat them warm!

Can you share a DIY tip with us?

I‘m not very handy so the best tip I can give is that duct tape fixes almost anything! I always have a roll handy at my house.

What are your dreams?

I dream that one day I’ll be able to travel all over the world and try local cuisines from each of the places I visit.
