What is your role in the company?

I am the conductor of the company: I surround myself with the best talent and stay tuned to everything they do, whether they are in Europe, in the United States or in Asia. I also ensure the quality of products and customer satisfaction. Design is very important to me. Nature is my main source of inspiration because I am fascinated by the natural surroundings of Haute-Savoie.

What is your favorite inspiration?

All of the inspirations represented in our line are my favorite at different times of the year. The poppies which grow in gorgeous fields, snowflakes settling on the snow … It is difficult for me to choose, however, the first inspiration which came to me and which I drew and created is the LILYPAD® lid. This inspiration came during a journey in Asia, completely inspired by the form and beauty of the water lily..

What is your favorite dish?

I love big family dishes, simple to prepare and fun to cook. However, I have a penchant for egg fried rice. It reminds me of exotic, distant flavors. This international dish is very easy to make.

Here is a recipe for ultra simple egg fried rice:

20 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook

What I need for 10 people

  • 2 lbs of rice
  • 600g of shrimp
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 bunch of green onions, diced
  • 300g of diced ham
  • 150g of peas
  • soya sauce
  • sesame oil

My advice: prepare the rice early in the afternoon for dinner.

Bowl Of Soy Sauce
Spring Onions On Dark Wood

First I cook the rice and then I let it rest a maximum of 5 or 6 hours. Then, in a big well oiled frying pan, I cook eggs by breaking them up as much as possible.

I peel shrimp and add them to the eggs with the diced ham and peas.I let them cook on low heat for approximately 5 minutes.

I also add the soy sauce and green onions and let simmer approximately 10 min while I mix in the rice.

I serve my hot egg fried rice with a touch of sesame oil to add a bit of extra fragrance my dish.

What are your dreams?

To always innovate and create new themes and products in areas outside the kitchen…but I don’t want to reveal everything …
